Inside Line Promotions – JACKSON, Minn. (June 7, 2021) – A pair of marquee events will take place at Jackson Motorplex this week.
The dirt oval hosts Round 2 of the Bank Midwest IMCA Series on Tuesday. Five classes – a-modifieds, stock cars, hobby stocks, sport mods and sport compacts – will be in action for the second time this season.
Kelly Shryock (a-modifieds and stock cars), Malik Sampson (hobby stocks), Jared Boumeester (sport mods) and Nate Coopman (sport compacts) were victorious last month during the opening round.
Jackson Motorplex follows the IMCA event with a sprint car show – MSTS/MPS 360 Sprints presented by Joel Pingeon Trucking – this Friday. The Midwest Sprint Touring Series and Midwest Power Series as well as the Wyffels Hybrids RaceSaver Sprint Car Series fill the program.
It marks the first time 360ci winged sprint cars will race at the track this season.
Casey Friedrichsen won the Wyffels Hybrids RaceSaver Sprint Car Series opener at Jackson Motorplex last month.
Tickets for Tuesday are $15 for adults and $5 for students ages 13-years-old to 18-years-old. Children 12-years-old and younger get in free.
The pits open at 4 p.m. with the main gates opening at 5:15 p.m. Hot laps begin at 7:15 p.m.
Friday’s tickets are $17 for adults and $5 for students ages 13-years-old to 18-years-old. Children 12-years-old and younger get in free.
The pits open at 3 p.m. and the grandstands at 5 p.m. Hot laps will start at 7:30 p.m.
